(UNDATED) - The FBI search for a serial bank robber has intensified. Since April, the suspect has held up nine banks at locations in northern Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio.
Last Wednesday was the most recent case, when he robbed a bank in Anderson, Indiana.
The suspect has been called the sock hat bandit because he has consistently worn one for each robbery.
The man has been robbing the banks by giving the teller a note claiming that he is armed.
A reward of $5,000 is being offered by the FBI for any information that can identify this man.
