Police Identify Teen Killed By Train In South Bend

(SOUTH BEND) - South Bend police have identified the teen killed by a train over the weekend.

16-year-old Elijah Brooks was walking home Saturday when he crossed the tracks and was hit by the train.

It marks the second time in a week and the fifth time in almost two months that someone has been hit by a train in the area.
