(TERRE HAUTE) - A Terre Haute woman is accused of threatening a witness involved in a rape case.
Jasmine Simmons has been charged with intimidation and obstruction of justice.
In court Monday morning, Judge John Roach said Simmons allegedly threatened to kill a witness linked to the Isaiah Rogers case if that witness testified against him. Rogers was sentenced to 30-years in prison this past May for rape, battery and domestic battery.
Jasmine Simmons's trial date is set for November 5 and she is due back in court on Friday.
