(LEBANON) - A couple is facing felony charge following their arrest for child molestation in Boone County.
Investigators with the Lebanon and Whitestown police departments say David McQuaid and Christina Vargas abused four children - three girls aged 8, 11 and 13 and a 16-year-old boy - at various locations over the past two years.
A concerned family member reported the activity to police July 12, prompting the police investigation.
Police say the girls in the investigation are victims of sexual abuse, while the boy was physically abused.
The couple, who is believed to currently be living in Kentucky, were arrested in Noblesville Monday.
McQuaid faces 32 felony charges and one misdemeanor, while Vargas faces six felony charges. They are being held at the Boone County Jail on a $100,000 bond each.
The children have been placed with family members.
