(GREENFIELD) - Charges have been filed against the driver of a church bus involved in a fatal crash in Hancock County.
53-year-old Charles Goodman faces charges of reckless homicide and driving while suspended. Prosecutors said Goodman admitted he fell asleep behind the wheel.
Goodman was driving a bus from St. Jude Deliverance Family Worship Church in Gary to Dayton, Ohio, when it went off the road, hit a tree and rolled over. A six-year-old boy was killed.
