(FORT WAYNE) - Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller will be teaching a course at Indiana Tech’s Law School in Fort Wayne this fall.
The course is for second and third year students. The class will look at constitutional law, Indiana case law as well as how the state is different from others.
"The opportunity to teach law students and help develop their understanding of our Indiana Constitution is a rewarding experience for me as Attorney General. I appreciate being asked to work with law students and to support the new law school as a valuable asset to northeastern Indiana," Attorney General Zoeller said in a statement.
Zoeller started practicing law in Indiana starting in 1982. He's served as Indiana's Attorney General since 2008 and was re-elected in 2012.
There will also be a few public forums during the fall semester at the law school, including:
Sept. 23 - Civic Engagement Forum, a session on public access for citizens and working with local and state government.
Oct. 28 - Business Compliance Seminar, focusing on compliance issues for a wide range of industries and offering CLE credit for corporate compliance officers.
Nov. 18 - Consumer Protection Symposium, an event centered on consumer rights, and the present and future of protection initiatives.
Zoeller announced back in July that was running for the 9th District congressional seat.
