(INDIANAPOLIS) - An Indianapolis defense attorney is questioning what he calls “a leak” against former Subway Spokesman Jared Fogle.
Attorney John Tompkins says he believes the latest published reports about Jared "are part of a very embarrassing leak about his sexual preferences and activities."
Tompkins is not Fogle's attorney, but he says if he did represent Fogle, he would advise him to remain silent while he contacted "the people who have access and control over that information and find out why it's leaking and what they're doing about it."
The Business Insider reports Fogle appears to admit in a text message to paying a 16-year-old girl $100 for sex in addition to asking a woman to advertise herself on Craigslist for sex with other men so he could watch.
