(CENTER) - Two women were killed in Howard County when suspects running from police slammed into their car.
An officer clocked the driver of a pickup truck going over 100 miles-per-hour on U.S. 31 Monday. The officer tried to pull the truck over and that is when the chase started.
The driver of the truck ran a stop sign and crashed into a car with two women inside. One woman was pronounced dead at the scene and the second woman was taken to the hospital where she later died.
Both the driver and passenger in the truck were taken in for questioning.
