(HANCOCK CO.) - A Chicago man behind the wheel of a church bus that crashed on I-70, killing a six-year-old boy, is in jail in Hancock County.
Charles Goodman was charged with reckless homicide and driving while suspended.
Police say Goodman was driving a group from the St. Jude Family Worship Center in Gary to a religious convention in Ohio last week when he fell asleep.
The bus is believed to have hit two trees before flipping and catching on fire.
