(BARTHOLOMEW CO.) - A Bartholomew County man faces at least seven felony charges in connection with a fight stemming from a domestic issue reported early Sunday morning at a home south of Seymour.
William Sanders Jr., 40, of Columbus was arrested on one count of residential entry, three counts of criminal recklessness with a weapon and three counts of pointing a firearm after the incident reported about 12:50 a.m. in the 10000 block of East County Road 400N. All are Level 6 felonies.
The first officers responding to a fight at the residence found a 28-year-old Seymour man, who appeared to have been beaten, lying on the ground, according to Jackson County Officer Rick Meyer's report.
