(UNDATED) - The later you stay up this week, the more you’ll be able to enjoy shooting stars in the nighttime sky. This year’s Perseid meteor shower recommended by NASA as a must see” comet activity hitting its peak on Wednesday and Thursday.
Up to 100 fast and bright meteors will be visible per hour.
According to NASA the Perseids have been active since July 13 and will be through August 26.
