(INDIANAPOLIS) - Jared Fogle has requested to leave the state of Indiana so that he can receive medical evaluation, court documents filed this week note.
Fogle, who will be sentenced in November for possessing child pornography and paying for sex with minors, filed a motion Thursday to modify conditions of his release.
According to court documents, Fogle requested permission with the court to travel outside of Indiana to undergo medical evaluation, but further details were not released.
According to the documents, the location of where Fogle would receive his medical evaluation will not be released, because of the amount of attention his case has received.
The court has granted Fogle's request.
