(INDIANAPOLIS) - The man suspected of stealing a 500 Festival pace car from a local car dealership has agreed to plead guilty.
Dillon Mitchell is accused of taking the car from inside the Bill Estes Chevrolet dealership, and then driving it through the plate-glass front door and down a flight of stairs.
The crime left thousands of dollars in damage to the dealership and the $50,000 commemorative car destroyed.
Mitchell will enter his guilty plea October 23.
