(INDIANAPOLIS) - An Indianapolis man who was convicted of baking his friend’s dog to death is wanted by police.
Joel Clark was sentenced last week to two-years of home detention at Good News Ministries, but police say he failed to properly maintain his GPS monitoring equipment.
They say Clark is currently not being monitored.
Clark was on house arrest and living with friends in May 2014 when one of them found her dog dead in the bottom of a trash can and a cookie sheet in the oven with red dog hair on it.
