(UNDATED) - A company is recalling applesauce after finding mold in some of the product.
GoGo squeeZ said tests showed the mold doesn't pose a health risk. However, the company's founder and CEO acknowledged that "mold is gross and unpleasant to look at or taste, and this is simply not the kind of experience we want you to have."
The voluntary recall affects products produced in the U.S. with a "best before" date between 6/30/16 and 7/26/16. For more information on how to identify the affected products, go here. You can also learn more about the recall at the company's website.
Anyone who bought the affected products can get a refund voucher here.
