(GIBSON/VANDERBURGH CO.) - The Indiana Department of Transportation has announced ramp closures at the Interstate 64 and I-69 interchange near the Gibson/Vanderburgh County line.
Beginning Wednesday, October 21, a bridge will be repaired at that location, requiring the ramps from southbound I-69 to eastbound I-64 and Northbound I-69 to westbound I-64 to be closed.
Workers will be repairing and replacing concrete as part of this project.
Southbound I-69 traffic will need to take the Westbound I-64 ramp, follow it to U.S. 41 and get on eastbound I-64 from there.
Northbound I-69 traffic will need to take the State Road 68 Exit, use the interchange there to get onto I-69 southbound and get on I-64 westbound from there.
The closures are expected to last until the end of December.
