(SULLIVAN CO.) - A man was taken into custody after officers find marijuana plants growing in a plastic tub.
Authorities responded to a residential alarm on County Road 900 West in Graysville, Indiana.
Once they arrived on scene, they noticed the marijuana in plain sight.
The property owner is 72-year-old Charles Hale of Graysville.
After a search nearby, deputies found more marijuana plants growing in the woods.
Hale admitted that the plants were his.
Hale was taken to the Sullivan County Jail for Possession and Cultivating Marijuana. That's a level 6 felony.
