(UNDATED) - The remnants of Hurricane Patricia are expected to pass through the area starting later today.
The former Category Five hurricane made landfall over the weekend in Mexico.
According to National Weather Service forecaster Michael Koch, rain becomes widespread Monday and into Tuesday bringing heavy rain and gusty winds.
Gusts over 40mph will be possible between Tuesday afternoon and Friday morning.
So far, Halloween looks pretty good for the trick or treaters with temperatures in the lower 50s around the 6:44 p.m. sunset on Saturday.
Also a early, friendly reminder that Daylight Saving Time ends Sunday at 2 a.m. when we move clocks back one hour.
