(UNDATED) - Indiana didn’t make many changes after last year’s conflict of interest scandals, and it shows in the state’s grade on the new integrity report card.
The Center for Public Integrity gave Indiana a D-.
The state gets failing grades for public access to information as well as legislative and judicial accountability.
