(PARKE CO.) - On November 20 around 6 p.m. the staff at the Parke County Jail found a ‘suspicious envelope’ in the mailbox located on the grounds of the Parke County Jail.
A K-9 from the Rockville Police Department was used and the K-9 indicated a 'positive alert' on the envelope. Officials report the envelope was addressed to an inmate at the Parke County Jail.
The envelope was seized as evidence and the investigation is ongoing.
