(EVANSVILLE) - An Evansville man is facing charges after holding a postal worker at gunpoint at his home.
59-year-old Mark Alan Smith called police saying the postman had broken into his garage.
Police determined the postal worker was simply delivering the mail when Smith confronted him with a .22 rifle.
Smith is facing a preliminary charge of intimidation with a weapon.
