(INDIANAPOLIS) - The e-cigarettes debate is heating up again.
Hoosier Vapers Inc. has filed a lawsuit against the State of Indiana. The Indiana-based trade group for e-cigarettes is seeking to remedy anti-competitive portions of an upcoming law regulating the making and sale of e-liquids.
The group says that if the law isn't changed, most e-liquid manufacturers will be forced out of business. They also say manufacturers outside of Indiana will no longer be able to sell their products to Indiana retailers, among other issues.
