(WEST LAFAYETTE) - Purdue University Police are investigating 26 reports of slashed tires on campus early Sunday.
The incidents are believed to have occurred between 12:30 a.m. and 7:45 a.m.
Police got reports of 15 tires slashed in the north parking lot of Owen Residence Hall, and one vehicle also was scratched.
Another 10 tire-slashing incidents were reported in the 600 block of North Russell Street.
Campus police ask anyone who may have seen suspicious activity to call the Purdue Police Department at 765-494-8221 or call 1-800-78-CRIME (1-800-782-7463).
