(UNDATED) - A lottery spokesman says winning Powerball tickets were sold in California, Florida and Tennessee. The winning Powerball ticket in California was sold at a store in suburban Los Angeles. It’s not known where the tickets in Tennessee and Florida were sold and none of the winners’ identities have been revealed.
Meanwhile, Kentucky Lottery officials say three players matched all five white balls and are eligible to win $1 million. A press release said there are also five winners of the $50,000 prize.
The numbers are: 4 - 8 - 19 - 27 - 34 - Powerball 10
Lottery officials will release information about where the tickets were purchased Thursday. A series of security checks have to be completed at the selling retailers before store names are released, and this should be completed by midday Thursday.
If you have one of the $1 million tickets, the Lottery urges you to sign the back of it and contact lottery officials.
