(UNDATED) - National Severe Preparedness week for Indiana is March 20-26.
There will be two statewide tests on Tuesday, March 22. The department says that a morning test will take place between 10:15 and 10:30 a.m., while the evening test is scheduled for between 7:35 and 7:45 p.m.
Officials say that during these tests, radio and television stations will take part. Severe Weather Radios will receive a Tornado Warning test and outdoor warning sirens will be activated.
In the event of poor weather, the tests will take place the following day.
