(COLUMBUS) - A Nashville man is in critical condition after an accident in Columbus Friday morning.
According to a police report, 67-year-old Steve Huber was driving a semi truck carrying logs when it overturned on West Lowell Road near Interstate 65. The accident happened around 9 a.m. in the 3400 block of West Lowell Road, near a curve.
The semi flipped on its side, spilling the logs and knocking over a utility pole and fiber optic cables.
Huber, who suffered a head injury was unconscious at scene and was flown by Lifeline medical helicopter to Methodist Hospital for treatment.
