(KANKAKEE FWA) - Indiana Conservation Officers were called to the Kankakee Fish & Wildlife Area to investigate a vehicle found upside down in a large ditch near the Yellow River.
At approximately 1 p.m. a Conservation Officer diver entered the water to check the vehicle for any persons. The diver discovered the vehicle was occupied by one person. The victim was later identified as Stephen Agardy, 22, of North Judson.
Conservation Officers are investigating the incident to determine what led to Agardy's death. An Autopsy is scheduled for today.
