(ANDERSON) - An Anderson man who pleaded guilty to phoning in a bomb threat to the Madison County Courthouse is going to prison.
Andrew Leonard was sentenced Tuesday to three years after investigators say he called in the threat May 2nd to avoid a court appearance on a child support case.
The Anderson Herald-Bulletin reports the courthouse was evacuated and bomb-sniffing dogs searched, but didn't find any explosives. Police say they were able to find Leonard right away after he made the bomb threat - because his phone number showed up in the clerk's office - on caller ID.
