(UNDATED) - The cereal maker that brought childhood favorites such as Trix and Lucky Charms to grocery store shelves is releasing its first new cereal in 15 years.
General Mills has created "Tiny Toast" in blueberry and strawberry varieties.
In an effort to revitalize the cereal industry and appeal to the more health-conscious consumer, the cereal does not contain any artificial flavors or colors and is free of high fructose corn syrup.
It'll arrive in stores this month.
According to Nielsen data, the cereal industry has declined an average of three percent per year for the last three years.
