(EVANSVILLE) - An Evansville man is in jail accused of rape.
The Vanderburgh County Jail website shows 44-year-old Eduardo Sustaita was booked around 9:30 Sunday night.
According to the website, he's facing charges of rape, domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16, strangulation and intimidation with a deadly weapon involved.
Sustaita is being held without bond.
