(INDIANAPOLIS) - Authorities say three people were wounded in a shooting that happened during a large party being held at a rental house of Fort Harrison State Park in Indianapolis.
State Conservation Officer Jet Quillen says police officers were called to the site about 11 p.m. Saturday. An estimated 150 people were at the party and that investigators didn't immediately know why shots were fired.
Quillen says the three wounded people were taken to area hospitals and were listed in stable condition Sunday. No arrests were immediately made.
Most of the park on the city's northeast side was open on Sunday. The shooting site is near the park's restaurant and conference center and its golf course, and those facilities were kept closed Sunday.
