(JASPER) - A Jasper man was arrested Monday after he allegedly caused a disturbance and urinated in the parking lot of the Dollar Tree.
Jasper Police were called to the store after receiving multiple 911 call from the 3600 block of Newton Street at 6:38 p.m.
Police arrested 31-year-old Anthony Maiden after they found he had been yelling and causing a disturbance at the store and then went into the parking lot and urinated on a vehicle.
Maiden's girlfriend is a Dollar Tree employee and he was confrontational with her inside the store.
Police also received several calls about a man stumbling in the roadway in the area with the caller's concerned for his safety.
Police found Maiden, who was intoxicated, walking on 36th Street near Hartford Drive. He admitted to the confrontation and urinating on the vehicle.
After submitting to a portable breath test police discovered Maiden's blood-alcohol content was at .189 percent.
Authorities arrested Maiden on charges of possession of marijuana, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
