(POSEY CO.) - A man accused of stealing a truck and then “ramming” a deputy’s car was arrested Monday night.
The Posey County Sheriff's deputies arrested 38-year-old Robert Eugene Stone, after he stole a truck from the Eisterhold Farm near Poseyville.
The truck's owner chased Stone, but lost him in Stewartsville.
Deputies took up the pursuit through several farm fields, where Stone turned and hit a patrol car.
Stone eventually drove into a ditch near Interstate 64 and was arrested.
