(GREENVILLE) - A double homicide suspect is taking a plea deal in southern Indiana.
Kevin Schuler will avoid the death penalty by taking a plea.
He had been charged in the murders of Asenath Arnold and Gary Henderson.
The couple was killed in their home in Greenville in 2013.
Austin Scott was already sentenced to life in prison in the case.
