(PIKE CO.) - The man responsible for a crash that killed three people and an unborn baby in February is expected in court for his sentencing on Tuesday.
Brian Paquette has previously pleaded guilty to driving the wrong way on I-69 and crashing his van into two oncoming cars. He's also admitted to smoking meth before the crash.
That crash killed Stephanie Molinet, Jason Lowe and Autumn Kapperman, who was five months pregnant at the time.
Paquette is facing 11 counts including reckless homicide.
He is facing 40 to 50 years in prison.
