(GIBSON CO.) - A Vincennes man accused of murdering his girlfriend wants his trial moved to another county.
WTHI reports, Princeton Police arrested Lance Marley back on October 22 after the body Lindsey Fleck was found.
Officials report they were responding to a call about a domestic disturbance. Fleck was found with stab wounds to her chest.
Attorneys for Marley filed a change of venue motion to move the trial out of Gibson County. The judge set hearing dates of December 20 and January 18 to monitor the progress of this case.
But, no trial date has been set yet.
