(WARRICK CO.) - Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating an ATV accident that occurred Saturday afternoon in Warrick County.
On Saturday, at approximately 2:10 p.m., 25-year-old Reuben Rodriquez of Dugger was operating a Polaris Sportsman ATV at Interlake SRA.
Police say Rodriguez lost control of his ATV while attempting to ride up a steep hill. The ATV came down on Rodriquez and continued to flip down the hill several times.
Rodriquez was Life Flighted to St. Mary's Hospital in Evansville where he was treated for internal injuries.
Police say Rodriguez was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.
Responding agencies included Warrick County Sheriff's Department, Warrick County EMS and Fire, Lynnville Fire, Pigeon Township Fire, and St. Mary's Life Flight.
