(FAYETTE CO.) - Four people were arrested Friday night on felony charges, and two children were removed from the home by Fayette County Division of Child Services, as the result of an ongoing narcotics investigation by the Indiana State Police Meth Suppression Section.
Troopers served a search warrant at a home located at 402 N. Main St. in Glenwood laround 6:30 p.m.
As a result of that warrant 39-year-old John Lewis was arrested for possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance, all Level 6 felony charges. In addition he was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of dug paraphernalia, all misdemeanor charges.
Also arrested was 18-year-old Dalton Issacs for warrants for possession of a synthetic drug, and also a charge of possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony. In addition he was charged with [ossession of drug paraphernalia and visiting a Common Nuisance, both misdemeanor.
Also arrested was 24-year-old Wesley J. Allen charged with possession of methamphetamine, Level 6 felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance, both misdemeanor charges.
33-year-old Bobby Sue Abner was charged with maintaining a common nuisance, Level 6 felony, and possession of a Schedule 2 controlled substance, and possession of marijuana, both misdemeanor charges. The investigation is ongoing with further charges possible.
All four were lodged in the Fayette County Jail. The Meth Suppression Section was assisted in their investigation by troopers from the Pendleton District; Connersville K-9 Officer Chris Scott and his K-9 partner; Fayette County Prosecutor Bette Jones and Fayette County Division of Child Services.
