(SULLIVAN CO.) - Wednesday at 9:30 a.m., Indiana State Police Trooper Kyle Hall and ISP Detective Angie Hahn completed their nearly twelve day investigation into allegations of a an adult family member injuring a six-year-old girl.
Police arrested 24-year-old Zachery Spidle of Sullivan on one count of felony battery.
According to police on Feb. 10, officers were called to the Spidle's home in Sullivan after he allegedly became agitated with the young girl and grabbed her by the extremities and neck and caused contusions.
