(HUNTINGBURG) - An Evansville woman wanted on a warrant was arrested Monday morning at her place of employment in Huntingburg.
At 9:40 a.m., Indiana State Trooper Brock Werne attempted to serve a Vanderburh County warrant on 43-year-old Barbara Lankford of Evansille after he received information that she was working at the Farbest Foods in Huntingburg.
After arriving at the store and speaking with staff members, the trooper learned Lankford had taken meth to work with her.
Lankford was arrested on the Vanderburgh County warrant as well as a felony charge of possession of meth through Dubois County. She was then transported to the Dubois County Security Center.
