(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indiana lawmakers have a tentative deal on road funding and could vote on it today.
House Speaker Brian Bosma says he isn't releasing details until the full House Republican caucus has signed off on the deal.
But he says it phases in a demand by House Republicans to earmark gasoline sales taxes for roads.
About a third of that money already is.
The plan also calls for a study of tolling, and is expected to include new vehicle registration fees and a 10-cent increase in the gas tax.
It won't contain a hike in the state's cigarette tax.
Bosma calls the package "fantastic."
