(PUTNAM CO.) - State police in Putnam County are trying to get to the bottom of the death of a three-month-old baby.
They say it may have been due to an unsafe sleeping environment with a parent.
It started when the baby's father called 911 when she wouldn't wake up.
The baby was taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.
