(BARTHOLOMEW CO.) - A Taylorsville man is accused of trying to pass himself off as his own brother - again.
Bartholomew County deputies report stopping a driver for speeding on U.S. 31 near County Road 500N around 10 p.m. on Wednesday night.
The driver told deputies he didn't have his driver's license but identified himself by the name of his brother. Police have arrested 26-year-old Cody Manvilla in February for allegedly doing the same thing.
After confirming that the driver was, in fact, Cody Manvilla, he was arrested.
Deputies report they found a clear plastic baggie with a white substance which tested positive for meth and a small amount of marijuana in the vehicle.
Manvilla is facing preliminary charges of false Informing, possession of marijuana and methamphetamine and driving while his driver's license was suspended.
