(COLUMBIA CITY) - Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating an off-road vehicle accident that occurred on Tuesday at approximately 6:10 pm.
A 17 year old male juvenile from Columbia City, Indiana was operating a dirt bike on a trail on private property in the 4000 block of North 50 West when he attempted a jump and crashed.
The juvenile broke both arms and was transported by Parkview EMS to Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.
Indiana Conservation Officers were assisted by the Whitley County Sheriff's Department, Thorncreek Fire Department, and Parkview EMS.
