More Than 5 Million Qualify For BMV Refunds

(UNDATED) - More than 5 million people qualify for refunds from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

The BMV has agreed to repay more than $62M dollars in excessive fees to settle a class-action lawsuit.

This is not the first time the BMV has agreed to pay settlements and refunds.

The "Indy Star" reports the BMV has now admitted to overcharging Indiana drivers more than $115M during the past 15 years.
