(ENGLISH) - Three people were arrested after Crawford County Police made a traffic stop and seized about $23,000 worth of meth.
Crawford County Sheriff's Department deputies assisted a state trooper on a traffic stop of a motorcycle driver near the near the English exit on Interstate 64. When they arrived at the scene, a second motorcyclist who had also stopped at the exit left the scene on State Road 237.
During the investigation, police determined the second motorcyclist was 51-year-old Thomas Zvara, of Evansville. Zvara was wanted on an outstanding warrant in Indiana, other charges are pending.
Deputies later located Zvara at the Pilot Travel Center in Carefree at about 2:40 a.m. and arrested him on the outstanding warrant. During a search of Zvara, deputies located a metal thermos containing 231 grams of crystal meth with a street value of more than $23,000.
From that investigation, two others were arrested. Police have not released the identity of those individuals.
