(INDIANAPOLIS) - Monday the results of the vendor selection process for Indiana’s Learning Evaluation Readiness Network (ILEARN) and Indiana Reading Evaluation and Determination (IREAD-3) were announced.
The American Institute for Research has been recommended by the Indiana Department of Administration (IDOA) to serve as the successful respondent of the Request for Service process.
"We are excited for what the future holds for education here in Indiana," said Dr. Charity Flores, Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) Director of Assessment. "We will continue to move forward with the procurement process."
The proposals from vendors were evaluated based on the procurement process specified in Indiana Code. The evaluation team, led by the IDOA, consisted of educators, IDOE representatives, and several State Board of Education members.
