Gov. Holcomb Makes Appointments To Various Boards, Commissions And Offices

(INDIANAPOLIS) - Governor Eric J. Holcomb announced several appointments and reappointments to various state boards, commissions and offices.
Governor's Residence Commission
The Governor made one new appointment to the Governor's Residence Commission:
- Michael Dilts (Indianapolis), president & CEO of Shiel Sexton, will join the commission and will serve at the pleasure of the Governor.
Indiana Bond Bank Board of Directors
The Governor made three reappointments to the board of directors of the Indiana Bond Bank:
- David O. Mann (Indianapolis), managing partner at Spring Mill Venture Partners and co-managing partner at The Firefly Group, will continue his service on the board. His new term expires October 31, 2020.
- Marjorie O'Laughlin (Indianapolis), former treasurer of the State of Indiana, will continue her service on the board. Her new term expires October 31, 2020.
- Cynthia Walsh (Crown Point), president of Walsh Financial Services, will continue her service on the board. Her new term expires October 31, 2020.
The Governor also made two new appointments to the board:
- Teresa K. Randall (Guilford), president & CEO of One Dearborn Inc., will join the board. Her term expires October 31, 2020.
- Charles L. Williams (Valparaiso), managing partner at C.L. Williams & Companies, LLC, will join the board. His term expires October 31, 2020.
Ivy Tech Community College Board of Trustees
The Governor made two reappointments to the Ivy Tech Community College Board of Trustees:
Region 7: Clay, Greene (western portion), Parke, Sullivan, Vermillion, & Vigo counties
- Darrel D. Zeck, vice president & CAO of STARK Industries, will continue his service on the board until June 30, 2021.
Region 10: Bartholomew, Brown, Decatur, Jackson, & Jennings counties
- Jesse Brand, president of Brands, Inc., will continue his service on the board until June 30, 2020.
The Governor also made three new appointments to the board:
Region 11: Dearborn, Jefferson, Ohio, Ripley, & Switzerland counties:
- Harold Hunt, president and founder of SuperATV, will join the board on November 1 and will serve until June 30, 2021.
Region 13: Clark, Crawford, Floyd, Harrison, Orange, Scott, & Washington counties:
- Kerry Stemler, owner and CEO of KM Stemler Co., Inc., will join the board on November 1 and will serve until June 30, 2021.
Region 14: Greene (eastern portion), Lawrence, Martin, Monroe, & Owen counties
- Gretchen Gutman, vice president of public policy for Cook Group, will join the board on November 1 and will serve until June 30, 2020.
Public Access Counselor
- The Governor reappointed Public Access Counselor Luke Britt to a new term, which will expire October 31, 2021.
