(EVANSVILLE) - A fraternity at the University of Southern Indiana has been placed on interim suspension.
USI says the suspension of the Lambda chapter of Phi Delta Theta was handed down October 26th.
It stems from a violation of the university's students and responsibilities code of behavior.
The violations are related to alcohol and hazing.
The university is handling the investigation as well as working with officials at the fraternity's national headquarters.
