(UNDATED) - Indiana is one of the most expensive states in the nation for parents who have children in day care.
Child Care Aware of America released a new report this week that says Indiana is the fourth most expensive state in the country when it comes to finding care for children.
The report says the average cost for child care in the state is just under $11,000 a year.
Child Care Aware says that cost is particularly tough for single parents in the state who make an average of just more than $26,000 a year.
